Mas d'en Gil has created a great white wine, both powerful and classically elegant, of which only a homeopathic quantity of around 3,000 bottles is produced. In its own way, it can be compared to certain prestigious French wines. The aromas, very complex and elaborate, reveal on the one hand mineral notes, on the other hand fruity and floral aromas in association with touches of aromatic herbs (undergrowth plants). On the palate it produces a somewhat unusual impression, as it combines power and opulence with clear structure and great persistence, leading to a very sustained finish. An exceptional wine!

95/100 - Robert Parker
Rocks and woods, unfathomable natural springs, sunny and steeply sloping traditional "coster" vineyards that top it off is the Masia or farmhouse with its ancient underground cellars. It is solidly built, high and protected by the nearby mountain of Sarraí. A dream has come true in this remote corner of the region known as the "Historical Priorat". It is framed by the limestone cliffs of the Cordillera Montsant and Llaberia, caressed by the north wind from Serè and the wind from the sea of Garbinada from the southeast, this place can only be understood as a single unit, a single domain .
At 350 meters above sea level, Mas d'en Gil extends over an area of 125 hectares in the municipality of Bellmunt del Priorat, south of the Designation of Origin Priorat. You could say that the estate, spread over five valleys, is a scale model of this mountainous region known as Priorat. It is an area filled with steep slate hillsides, Mediterranean forests, interspersed with Garnatxa (Grenache) and Carinyena (Carignan) vineyards and olive, hazelnut and almond groves.
(may contain sulphites, eggs, milk, fish)
Red and white wine usually contain sulphites, but there are sulphur-free wines available. Many wines use eggs, milk or fish at the fining stage of production. The ingredient list will not include these allergens because even though the wine has come into contact with these ingredients, they are removed from the final product.
