Shipments

All orders are processed between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

By placing your order until 11:00 a.m. with the PostPac Priority option, it can be delivered to you within 24 hours (working hours).

For any "Express" shipment or for a total order amount of less than CHF 99.0, the shipping costs will be invoiced to you.

By choosing an Express shipment, the bottles will be delivered by post within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). To keep the original packaging (ie: wooden box, cardboard, etc.) it is imperative to choose the VinoLog option. However with the latter the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Although we are working on it, at the moment we do not offer overseas shipping yet. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when this service is available.

Once your order has been processed and approved, your shipment will be made as soon as possible and posted in Priority parcel delivered within 24h-48h or by VinoLog (see above). We draw your attention to the fact that in order to minimize shocks and risks for your wine, our shipments leave directly from the warehouses of our suppliers. You may therefore receive your order in several packages (ie two different wines).

We draw your attention to the fact that for all your orders including cartons or bottle formats greater than 75cl, it is imperative to choose the VinoLog option. If you choose another option, the shipment will be automatically processed in VinoLog without warning you beforehand.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a corked bottle*, you can return it to us within 30 days** of the order date using our returns service.

*Except bottles in the "Rarities" category.

** Professional customers have an unlimited right of return, except for bottles in the "Rarities" category.

If your wine has a defect (eg oxidation), you can return the bottle to us within 7 days of delivery.
